Up to 160 guests for seated dinner in the barn with a dance floor. Up to 220 guests if using a tent in the field. Up to 50 guests for micro weddings and elopements.

26 people can stay onsite at our two beautifully renovated homes (the Farmhouse and Bungalow). Your rental fee includes a per person overnight rate much lower than hotels in the Seacoast during the busy summer and fall seasons. Plus priceless quality time with your nearest and dearest.
For other out of town guests, there are countless options within a 15-minute drive in York, Kittery, or Portsmouth, NH. We would be happy to recommend some of our favorites.

Yes! For more intimate gatherings of under 50 people, we offer micro wedding packages with a two-night stay and a select few day-of only bookings.

In order to offer our couples the very best experience, we do require that the planner, rental company, and catering/bar be chosen from our extensive list of preferred vendors. If you wish to use a vendor not on our list, prior approval is necessary. We do require that all couples have, at minimum, a day-of event planner/coordinator. All vendors apart from planner, rentals, catering /bar can be selected at your discretion.

At minimum, you are required to have a day-of planner, but we recommend a full planner to ensure you have the most seamless and spectacular event. We would love to refer you to some of the most talented in the area.

Yes! With proper insurance and a licensed bartender, you can provide your own alcohol.

Yes! The barn has well-appointed, accessible bathrooms and heat. Air conditioning is so rarely needed, but can be prearranged for an additional fee. See The Barn.

We book the entire estate to one wedding, so the places is exclusively yours. And we only curate a select number of weddings a year, typically May to November, so bookings are limited.
